Introduction to Mail Merge

Mail Merges allow you to write a letter or email once and then customize it for many recipients automatically. Mail merges are easy and immediately useful.

This workshop assumes no knowledge of mail merges! All you need is a basic understanding of how to use your computer and the ability to operate Word and Excel at a beginner level.

By the end of this workshop you will:

• Understand mail merges and what they can do for you.
• Be able to manage a mailing list in Excel.
