The Bridge Project believes that education is the key to leading an individual away from poverty and into self-sufficiency. Their mission is to provide educational, social and career opportunities to individuals living in Denver public housing developments and the surrounding area.

Queen of Queries (MS Access)

A sample database with DONORS and DONATIONS will be loaded on the computers before you arrive. During class, you will learn how to use the Query Wizard for the initial query. Then, you will use Design View to create a series of increasingly complicated queries. As you run these queries, you will understand the power and flexibility of queries in Access. The instructor will demonstrate how to use the Report Wizard to display your query results in various reporting formats.

This class will teach participants how to use the MS Access (2000/2003) Report Wizard to create basic reports about donors or other nonprofit constituents. We will also cover switching to Design View in order to customize reports. Advanced reporting and charting techniques will be covered as time allows.
