Students should have a working knowledge of Access, especially in creating queries in Access. Students will learn to:
• Create a form using Auto Form and Forms Wizard
• Modify a Form
• Create a Report with Auto Report and Report Wizard
• Modify a Report

Students should already have some working knowledge of Excel. This is not a beginner’s class. Students will learn how to:
• Use lists
• Charts and graphs
• Customize your toolbars and menus
• Use Auto filter
• Use intermediate formulas

This class is for students who are already familiar with Access tables and basic navigation of Access. Students will learn how to:

• Create, run, modify and save queries using design view
• Specify criteria in a query
• Select, sort, group, calculate and concatenate
• The SQL statement

Students will learn how to:

• Add new slides
• Work with text
• Navigate between slides
• Add notes
• Use design templates
• Copy slides
• Insert Clip Art
• Add animation

This class will cover:

• Import and Export Address Book
• Organizing Incoming Email by Sender, Topic, Discussion
• Organizing Email With Flare, Folders, Flags, and Follow-up
• Organizing Contacts by Category and Views
• Hot Key Shortcuts

This class will cover:

Participants will cover the following subjects and through hands-on examples and demonstrations:

• Using pre-designed Publisher publications and adapting them to create your own publication
• How to: Add text to a publication, revise and reposition the text, create columns, and continue a story on another page
• How to: add a picture to a publication, change how the picture looks, and control how text wraps around it.
• How to use Mail and Catalog merge to add personalization and customization

This class will cover:

Formulas
• Construction of a Formula
• Basic Built in Formulas Sum, Avg, Min, Max, etc
• Copying a Formula
• Referring to another worksheet cell

Charting Data
• Creating a Pie and Line Chart
• Annotate a Chart

This class will use Microsoft PowerPoint for straightforward visual presentation. Students in this class are expected to have a nodding acquaintance with PowerPoint and simple presentation preparation.

Topics include:

• Basic Formatting for effective presentations
• Just because you can does not mean you should
• Working with pictures, clip art, Word Art

This class will cover:

• Why use Windows XP?
• How to navigate Windows XP - mainly Windows Explorer, Control Panel etc.
• Installing Programs, Deleting Programs
• Managing and security for folders
• Managing users
