The class will cover:

• Identify parts of a worksheet
• Use the task pane and menus
• Enter and format text and numbers
• Edit text and numbers
• Insert and delete columns and rows
• Rename a worksheet tab
• Move from one worksheet to another
• Add color to sheet tabs
• Add, move, and delete worksheets
• Review column headings and use the Name Box
• Save the workbook
• Enter data using TAB and ENTER
• Enter dates and times
• Enter numbers
• Use AutoFill

This class will cover:

• Concepts and uses of a mail merge
• Create data sources using various programs
• Create and modify form letters
• Sort and/or select data for the merge
• Create and print envelopes

This class assumes a basic understanding of MS Word.
