Several software companies (Adobe, Autodesk, Microsoft, Novell, Symantec) coordinate their product giving programs through Gifts In Kind International. To cover costs, a handling fee is charged for all software that is distributed. To receive a donation, organizations must register through their website.
Open Media Foundation Media/Technology Classes

The Open Media Foundation has always been a great source for affordable video production and editing classes, but on July 1st,  OMF launched a new, state-of-the-art iMac learning lab and a wide range of new classes, more than tripling the number of education programs available through OMF. With new classes in Final Cut Pro X, GarageBand, 3-D Animation in Blender, and many more, OMF is becoming Denver's unique place to learn cutting-edge multimedia skills.

TechSoup Stock, a service of TechSoup, distributes product donations from a number of companies such as Microsoft, Symantec, and Lotus. A nominal administrative fee is applied to each product. There are no registration or shipping and handling fees.
