This is an intermediate/advanced level course. Participants must have either taken a T4T beginning PowerPoint course or have prior knowledge of and experience using PowerPoint.

Participants will learn how to:

• Import sound, images and video
• Create charts and diagrams
• Animate text and objects
• Use advanced level transitions and timing
• Convert presentations to a movie
• Create meaningful handouts

Class will be taught using PowerPoint 2010.

Fee: $10 for nonprofit staff and volunteers

This class will cover the basics of using Microsoft PowerPoint (2010 version) to enhance your presentations.

Topics will include:

• Adding new slides
• Using the Master Slide
• Working with text
• Navigating between slides
• Using design templates
• Inserting graphics
• Adding animation and special effects

Are you still using PowerPoint 2003 or 2007? You can still join us! Nearly everything you learn in class can be accomplished in the older versions.
